Yolanda Huerga counts on a sound experience leading the different Human Resources pillars at multinational leaders in the finance sector, Large Consumption and services such as Citibank and Phillips Lifestyle. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law by the University of Salamanca, Master in Corporate Legal Consultancy at the Instituto de Empresa and MBA by ESADE. After 4 years at Altamira doValue Group, as People Manager, she currently manages Iberia and Southern Europe. Her challenge there is to define and disseminate an integral human resources management model at a moment of business transformation, where the employee ‘s commitment level and the suitable management of the change is the key to the success of the organisation’s targets
