Altamira doValue Group takes on Ignacio Ramírez as the Managing Director of Ádsolum Real Estate, its new company for comprehensive real estate development

• The signing of Ignacio Ramírez, up until now the managing director of the Habitat Inmobiliaria business, is a new step by Altamira doValue Group towards attracting the best talent on the market with long-term strategic vision and commitment.

Altamira doValue Group today announced the admission of Ignacio Ramírez Rico as the Managing Director and Executive Director of Ádsolum Real Estate, the new company created for the development of real estate projects. The start up of Ádsolum forms part of the Strategic Plan of Altamira doValue Group for the period 2022-2024, approved recently, and one of its key pillars: growth. Ádsolum Real Estate will operate independently with an end-to-end differential value proposal for real estate promotion and urban development management.

The admission of Ignacio Ramírez, up until now the managing director of the Habitat Inmobiliaria business, as the new Managing Director and Executive Director of Ádsolum Real Estate marks a new step by Altamira doValue Group towards attracting the best talent on the market. Concurrently, it meets the growing demand in the sector for servicers which are increasingly industrialised and specialised in certain businesses.

A differential value proposal

The company Ádsolum Real Estate has emerged as a spin-off of Altamira doValue Group itself, which groups together its land development real estate promotion business, with a view to presenting the market with a specialised, differential value proposal which covers the whole life cycle of assets through complete management by the new company.

Ádsolum Real Estate, which operates independently of Altamira doValue Group, aims to become a prominent institutional player in Spain for urban development management and real estate promotion. Accordingly, Ádsolum aspires to increase its present portfolio with new investors who have the appetite to invest in the Spanish real estate market.

With this initiative, Altamira doValue Group is moving ahead with its Strategic Plan 2022-2024, recently announced to the market, with three key pillars:  Transformation, Growth and Diversification. Ádsolum fits into the Growth pillar but, in any case, it is a clear sign of its determination to face up to the disruption that is occurring in the servicing industry in Spain through transformation and innovation.

A professional with vast experience

Ignacio Ramirez, Managing Director of Ádsolum Real Estate

Ignacio Ramírez Rico, a graduate in Architecture of Interiors from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a  Master’s in Commercial Management and Marketing from Instituto de Empresa, has more than 25 years’ professional experience in the real estate sector in which he has held management posts within the main companies in the sector.

For the last two years he has been the Managing Director of the Habitat Inmobiliaria business. Before Habitat Inmobiliaria, he was the Manager of the Real Estate Development Area in Altamira doValue Group itself, providing a strategic approach and identifying business opportunities on the real estate market and ensuring the operation of the area with an operating excellence in development processes.

What's more, for more than four years he formed part of Metrovacesa as the Commercial Manager for the Promotion area and he also formed part of the Lar Group for 14 years in different commercial and operations’ areas, both in Spain and on international markets.
