Altamira doValue Group, the leading servicer on the Spanish market managing 45,000 million euros in financial and real estate assets today announced the admission onto its Executive Committee of two new managers in the key areas of Growth - Pedro Do Vale-Domingues - and Customer Management - Marta Pérez Alcalde. They are joined by Miguel Biel who has been admitted as the head of the CEO’s office, Innovation manager and secretary of the Executive Committee. These relevant signings are part of the new stage opened up by the company under the management of its CEO Francesc Noguera whose new Strategic Plan, which will be presented to the market over the next few days, has three key pillars: Transformation, Growth and Diversification.

“Today is an important day for the new Altamira because we are demonstrating that we have a value proposal to attract the best talent on the market”, indicated Francesc Noguera, the CEO of the company since February 2020.

“We have a project in Spain with a long-term corporate vision and the backing of our shareholders, the doValue group and Banco Santander”, added Francesc Noguera, “and our aim is to keep getting stronger, growing and winning over new business, generating new, different opportunities and, basically, leading transformation, innovation and growth in the Spanish servicers industry”.

The signings announced today represent a key step of the Strategic Plan of the Altamira doValue Group whose three key pillars are Transformation, Growth and Diversification. Said Strategic Plan, on which the company has been working hard in recent months, will be presented to the market over the next few days, with the basic aim of anticipating a new differential value proposal to meet the challenges of the new environment of competition and disruption in the servicers industry.

The new admissions fit into the ambitious objectives of said Plan. With this in mind, Altamira doValue Group has decided to drive the growth area firmly forward and to this end it announced today the admission of Pedro Valle-Domingues as the Chief Growth Officer and member of the Executive Committee.

Pedro Do Vale-Domingues, the manager of the Advisory area in Hipogés since 2016 and boasting vast experience in the sector, shall start his new responsibilities on 8 February, with his main mission being to drive forward the growth of new business in all customer segments. At  this new stage, his central aim is to identify and attract new customers, as well as to promote the development of new businesses, expanding growth activities both with present customers and with new potential customers.

Furthermore, Altamira doValue Group is also taking on Marta Pérez Alcalde, from Servihabitat, as the new Chief Customer Management Officer and member of the Executive Committee.

Marta Pérez Alcalde will lead the Portfolio Managers team from the different customer segments of Altamira doValue Group, also directly managing the relationship with Santander, one of the key customers of the company. At present, Altamira doValue Group is the servicer on the Spanish market with the most diversified portfolio of customers and the aim is to strengthen the relationship with all of them.

Furthermore, and in the context of the drive that the new Altamira doValue Group is lending to transformation and innovation, the company also announced today the admission on 1st February of Miguel Biel, until now the Agile Transformation manager of Caixabank, as the new Chief of Staff and Innovation Officer, reporting directly to Francesc Noguera. Miguel Biel will also become the secretary of the Executive Committee and will form part of the Management Committee of Altamira doValue Group.
