The doValue Group considers it essential to disseminate and share its culture of Sustainability with all Stakeholders, which has always been based on the values of integrity, responsibility and respect for people, aiming to strengthen its commitment to create shared value in the long term.

Sustainability is understood as responsible growth and aimed at integrating economic-financial value and sustainable value with the aim of generating shared value.

For several years the Company has embarked on a path to include more and more Sustainability in its business processes through the listening to and analysing the expectations of our Stakeholders, fundamental pillar in order to identify the areas we should direct our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, encouraging the sustainable development of the financial system.

The Group adheres to theUnited Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest strategic initiative for corporate citizenship born from the desire to promote a sustainable global economy: respectful of human rights and work, the protection of the environment and the fight against corruption.

A milestone in this path, started in 2016, is the publication of the first Sustainabilty Plan of the Group, that will guide the Group towards the achievement of objectives aimed at generating long-term sustainable value for shareholders, investors, employees, customers and communities.
