The doValue Group is a leading operator in Spain, offering services for the management of credit portfolios and real estate assets to banks and investors.   

doValue manages €12bn of assets in Spain.   

The Spanish activity of the doValue Group derives from the acquisition of Altamira Asset Management from a consortium of private equity funds. Altamira Asset Management was originally the servicing division of Santander.    

The acquisition of Altamira Asset Management by doValue was completed in 2019 and has been fully integrated in the doValue Group.   

doValue S.p.A. owns 85% of doValue Spain, with the remaining 15% being owned by Santander.
